Won't happen, but I'd love to see the ROK 1st ID ( TIGER ), 9th ID ( WHITE HORSE ), and 2nd Bde ROK Marines ( BLUE DRAGONS ) deployed to Afghaniland. And then be allowed to operate exactly as they did in RVN.
I never met any tougher guys than the ones in the 2nd Bde ROK Marines...aka Blue Dragons. The ROK Marines were tough in the NW sector of Korean DMZ, where they rotated in and out, as well, brutally tough. The White Horse and Tiger Divisions had the same reputation, one to be feared. Don't trust me, ask a PAVN vet, or a NORK vet.
