I hope this backfires spectacularly on CAIR et al. From what I read at the time, US Air followed protocol to the letter; this is nothing less than an extortion attempt - with national security at stake.

I don't know which I'd like to see more - a judge who shreds the case before tossing it out on its ear, or for US Air and the other people on the flight to countersue...

Just heard back fron US Airways. No direct comment yet, but

We are experiencing a larger than normal volume of emails.

Hopefully most of those are in support, and US Air will stick it to CAIR.

These Imams were faking and goofing on the passengers, and were probably trying to get tossed off the plane just so they could play the victim card and go to court and make a scene. Any judge who allows this is garbage.

Living in the heart of CAIR territory as I do, you can rest assured, without doubt, that you are correct in your assumptions. It is designed to take advantage of American "tolerance" and also to subltely plant fear. They depend upon individuals "not getting involved." It is not a new technique, every jive ass on a bus or subway has been doing this for years. CAIR is just more organized and better dressed. Same gangsters in type.
