"FUCK THE US TROOPS" and "I hope her brother dies." These sentiments for a 6-year-old who misses her brother at Christmastime. And, they took the time to communicate these sentiments on Christmas Day. Meet the compassionate anti-war Left on the Internet. Lovely.

I only wish I was mischaracterizing the response, but go flip through if you dare. There are positive comments, too, but the virulence and volume of the anti-Heather-and-Shaun-Martin comments is appalling. These people-- peace activists, I believe they like to be called-- are disgusting.

It's a great big Daily Kos world out there, but I feel nothing but contempt for those over-indulged Ché-worshipping Mastercard Marxists. This pisses me off as much as Danny Bonaduce's daughter getting death threats.

Internet anonymity, whilst a wonderful thing, allows chickenshit knob-throttlers the means to say things that they would never have the guts to say in public. At least never to the face of their intended targets.

I’m afraid Western civilisation and good manners have been going downhill since duelling was abolished. There would be a long queue of people wanting to slap this braveheart and call him out.
