Hard to know if this story is true, since according to the link "They did not give him a copy of the summons and they did not let him make any copies". But if it is, it is pretty outrageous. And this Mayor Seoane is definitely a low-life.
So they didn't give him the summons, just showed it to him and took it back? This doesn't sound right ... from any angle. What court? Who's summoning? What's the charge?
Also, I couldn't find many names given in the article, ie. What's the mayor's name? You say his last name is Seoane? Who is Sergio Alvaré? One of the comments says "Sergio is sure they were not Muslim terrorists acting in Madrid, but ETA."
We're missing some facts here. Not that I think Spain couldn't be reviving the Grand Inquisitor.
It is said that HaShem is bringing back all the historic enemies of Israel and Himself for the final curtain. Spain certainly didn't take a back seat in this "play". Our world is going through some amazing events. I would just love to understand more.

Jayce -
The article has a link to a story (in Spanish, so I don't understand most of it) that says his name is Ángel García Seoane.
Gracias, joem. You're a better reporter than any found on this blog despite their "intent to bring you crunchy commentary and news from Spain"
