You don't have to answer this if you don't want to, but as it is no secret I lurk over at TOB, what's the story with that idiot who is insulting you?
It's great to see all the other LGFers come to your defense, I might add...

J-Damn? Oh, he is just retarded. I heard about that from GCP, but I haven't been over to LGF in a few days. He seems like your standard inbred type/greater than 1 SD below average on the intelligence curve kind of guy.
Ok, I'm pretty much unexperienced as far as English food goes, but 'clotted cream' does not sound appetizing.
Oh, it's bliss. It's basically (AFAIK) just extra thick cream. So if they normally skim off the top of the milk to get cream, this is basically skimming the top of the top. It's got the texture of sour cream and the flowery light delicate creamy flavour of regular cream, or fresh butter or milk. It goes perfectly with berries, or scones, or, you know, a spoon.
I highly recommend Rose Levy Beranbaum's cookbooks for desserts in general, and good uses for extra-rich milk products.

I hope Christians will note that when there are no Jews in a country for Islamonazis to kill, you become the targets.
Amazing how quickly you can turn a thread into a discussion about yourself, Max.
It's only a discussion if others join in, Frank - otherwise it's a monologue.
Clotted cream or Devonshire double cream, joem?
Strawbs or red currant?
Whipped cream and strawbs (or blueberries) for me, please. :-)
I make a mean lemon blueberry scone.
I'm well-known (in my family, at least) for my blueberry pancakes.
When, oh when, will that extra-thick superspecial heavy cream that you can get in England be available here?
The discussion is about Islamonazi religious bigotry. My point is very germane to the thread.
Joem,
So if Nigeria had Jews, do you think they would attack Christians first?
Fresh-baked scones, good-quality clotted cream, and home-made strawberry jam. Delicious!

I'm with cba.
Definitely clotted cream with strawberry jam on warm scones, yum!
